We are your local repair shop based in Mareeba, repairing leading brands such as:

We are an accredited particpant of Smart Choice Tech Repairs. All our screen replacements are backed by a 12 month warranty*.
Repair times depend on a number of factors including brand, model and repair type. Burratronics also works off a job queue, however we will generally prioritise business repairs.
General repair times:
- Screen replacements: 1-2 hours
- Some devices may require longer for adhesives to set correctly.
- Battery replacements: 0.5-2 hours
- Some devices may require longer for adhesives to set correctly.
You can pre-book your repairs by making an appointment.
Burratronics provides a warranty on all parts we replace. Warranty can vary depending on the part type and brand.
Generally all of our battery replacements include a 6 month warranty, and screen replacements include a 12 month warranty (*water/physical damage may void this warranty).
We provide warranty only on the parts we have replaced. For example if we replace a screen and charging port, both these parts will be covered.
You can post devices to be repaired to us and we can post them back, or you can pick them up from our store.
