Subscriptions Portal
If you have subscriptions for products or services from Burratronics, you can view subscriptions via our Subscriptions Portal.
You can also add/update your payment method if you would like to setup automatic recurring payments. Note that this is subject to our recurring payment agreement.
If you are receiving the message Looks like you don’t have an account with us when you enter your email on the Subscriptions Portal, your account may be in a different system that Burratronics uses for subscription management.
For any changes, please raise a helpdesk ticket.

Recurring Payment Agreement
This Recurring Payment Agreement (“Agreement”) authorises recurring payments for products and/or services supplied by Burratronics Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By signing this Agreement or providing payment details, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following terms.
1. Payment Authorisation
You authorise us to charge your nominated credit card or debit card for:
• recurring subscription fees;
• products and services supplied under your account; and
• any applicable taxes, fees, or agreed charges.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
2. Payment Method Management
You may securely manage, update, or replace your saved payment methods at any time through our customer subscription portal.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current and valid.
3. Billing Frequency
Recurring payments will be charged according to the billing schedule agreed to when your products or services are ordered, including but not limited to:
• weekly;
• fortnightly;
• monthly; or
• annually.
Charges may commence immediately or on the agreed service start date.
4. Contract Terms
Month-to-Month Services
Some services are provided on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled by either party with written notice of at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Twelve-Month Services
Some services are supplied under a fixed twelve (12) month term.
Where a twelve-month term applies:
• you agree to maintain payments for the full contract period;
• early cancellation may result in remaining fees becoming immediately payable; and
• renewal terms will be advised prior to the end of the contract period unless otherwise stated.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or unsuccessful:
• we may attempt to process the payment again;
• services may be suspended until payment is received; and
• additional fees may apply where permitted by law.
6. Changes to Fees or Services
We may update pricing, service inclusions, or billing arrangements by providing reasonable notice in writing.
Continued use of the services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated charges.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Cancellation does not remove any outstanding amounts already owing under this Agreement.
8. Privacy and Security
Payment information is securely handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our systems.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptance
By providing payment details electronically, you confirm that:
• you are authorised to use the nominated payment method;
• the information provided is accurate; and
• you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
